On my way home…

So the cab driver turned up as arranged at 04:00AM , lovely time to pack & move on. Still Melbourne airport was OK, we checked in and sent the luggage through to BHX. Didn’t abuse the lounge as we knew the airline would serve us breakfast and lunch whilst in the air. Watched some videos and then wandered off to the bar at the back of the plane. Alison worked her way through White Lotus and I watched series 2 of the flight attendant. After a brief lie down and a cheeky item from the snack menu 14+ hours on the first part of our journey was complete.

We thought we might be running through the terminal as we only had 1.5 hours between landing & departure of our next flight – however our luck is running in its usual direction and our next flight is delayed by 2 hours at least.
