Luang Prabang Day 3 and beyond

So a quiet day in prospect as we have 2 flights (one international) in the afternoon / evening. Caught the boat over to town and went window shopping before sitting at a French Cafe Bar opposite the primary school chilling.

Then packing cases and other jollity took place. The internal flight to Vientiane was fine, no arguments about my age this time, although the turbo prop we flew on was at least half my age. They don’t seem to have enough staff at Vientiane so we hung around for an hour or so for immigration/security to open after checking in and disposing of luggage. Once airside someone with a sense of humour had decided that Last Chance Saloon wasn’t a good name for a bar so they came up with :
