One night in Bangkok

Possibly not as exciting as the song title suggests. The first impression is of a good hotel slightly wearing at the edges, however the 24 hour flex room let is absolutely the thing for travellers who have to wait until 4:00pm for their next flight. The sun is shining and we hope to try out the open air pool later. Crazily the Sports Bar doesn’t open until 4:00pm so we can’t watch the England cricket there this morning.

Not watching the cricket now seems a blessing in disguise – oh dear. Still the hotel pool was up to expectations

Now made our way across the road to the airport, less than 15 minutes from kerbside to airside, got to love SingAir & Phuket airport
